Functional Movement Screen (FMS) was developed to help screen individuals for dysfunctional movement patterns. This helps us find problems before they cause pain or is limiting the ability to improve in performance. The FMS aims to identify imbalances in mobility, stability, and coordination during specific fundamental movements.
